Bollywood is a high energy dance form and you can expect to have tons of fun. At Naach Box, we teach a variety of dance forms to Bollywood music. You will walk out of class learning a little Salsa, a little Hip Hop and a little larger than life drama!

What do I wear?
Active wear or any comfortable clothing. Shoes are not mandatory. Oh and don’t forget to wear that smile :)!
Are there any opportunities to perform at events?
Yes! We have an Annual Showcase e which is scheduled usually between July-Sept. There also may be performance opportunities for dancers enrolled for both Kids and adults based on local events based on progression and commitment.

Should I take any Medical Precautions?
Dance, like any other exercise, can result in injury if no precautions taken. Certain special cautions may apply to individuals who are pregnant, injured, disabled, or have special issues regarding health and/or physical condition. You must be in suitable physical health to undertake these classes. You understand the risks inherent to dance and fully assume those risks and/or have sought medical advice prior to starting class. You hereby release The Naach Box and its teachers from liability for injuries sustained while participating in any dance classes, rehearsals or workshop
How do I prepare?
No real preparation really. Make sure you let the instructors know before class in case of any injuries. We start classes with full warm up and stretches and finish the session with a proper cool down, leaving you exhilarated at the end!
